1.6寸戚风: 3个鸡蛋、60克低粉、40克油、40克鲜奶、50克糖、白醋或柠檬汁3滴(没有可不加,加白醋或是柠模汁可以增加蛋白稳定性,使打发更快一点)

2.蛋白与蛋黄分开装

3.用电动打蛋器将蛋白打发至粗泡加白糖

4.蛋白打至细泡再加入白糖(白糖分次加入进去)

6.蛋黄加入最后剩的白糖,手动打蛋器打散

7.再加入牛奶搅拌均匀

8.分次将植物油加入并搅拌均匀

9.将面粉筛入蛋液中并搅拌均匀

11.蛋黄糊中加入三分一的蛋白,用刮刀上下翻拌均匀

12.再把剩下的三分之二蛋白加入进去进行翻拌

13.倒入模具中,用力震两三下,防止有大气泡

14.烤箱170度预热十分钟,然后170度烤1个小时

15.烤好后马上倒扣,放凉30分钟后脱模

16.切成三等分

17.将淡奶油倒入冷藏后的容器中,容器下面隔冰水,加入白糖并打发至出纹路

18.取一片蛋糕片抹上奶油,再铺上草莓,以此类推铺第二层,最后盖上一层蛋糕片,抹奶油,铺草莓即可

19.最后按照个人喜好装饰蛋糕
